They fail because of a lack of alignment.
Lursia supports organizations that want to secure upstream decisions, structure their architecture, industrialize AI and transform usage in depth.

Digital transformation
Passionate since childhood about systems that combine electronics, software and concrete uses, I have supported high-stakes technology programs for more than 25 years across sectors such as Consumer Electronics, Aerospace & Defense, telecommunications and complex industrial environments.
My background covers R&D, international customer support, technical marketing and technology leadership, with one constant belief: technology only creates value when it becomes understandable, robust and genuinely usable.
After several years in electronics and complex industrial environments, where I led expertise and standardization activities, I now work on software architecture, data and generative AI challenges.
I support organizations in designing systems that can evolve sustainably, reconciling innovation, operational constraints, governance and adoption of usage.
A graduate of ISEP and holder of the CentraleSupélec PMTI Master's degree, I was notably recognized in 2020 with the Prix Décision Achat for my work on real-time analysis of industrial costs.
Beliefs & values
Lursia defends an educational approach: explaining decisions, making systems readable and giving teams the means to evolve their usage sustainably.
Lursia makes systems understandable.
Lursia grounds technical justification in business, technical or organizational constraints.
Lursia makes technology understandable, controllable and trustworthy.
Lursia puts people at the center and technology in the role of a tool.
There is no magic black box. A structured approach turns technical complexity into a clear, progressive and controlled trajectory.

CTO-level expertise to align product vision, architecture, technical governance and operational transformation.
The support goes beyond a POC or MVP. The goal is to verify that the conditions for success are in place: ability to evolve, control of complexity, governance, security, sustainable run costs and real adoption by teams.
Lursia is for organizations that want to avoid improvised architectures, fragile MVPs and decorative AI choices.

Adoption, training and change management
The success of a Data or AI program does not depend on technology alone. It depends on the ability to align architecture, business constraints, transformation trajectory, governance and adoption of usage.
Differentiating factors
Lursia does not position itself only on technology, but on the ability to make systems robust, understandable, adoptable and usable over time.
01
Transform existing systems without interrupting operations or imposing unrealistic redesigns.
03
Think simultaneously about architecture, governance, security, operations, technical debt and scalability.
Architecture • Transformation • AI
02
Align usage, field constraints and architecture through multi-sector and multi-business experience.
04
Democratize AI through an educational, explainable approach focused on real adoption of usage.
